Ive done the white paper check on the sensor. in the neighborhood of an 80 give or take.

put a new sensor in .....same numbers

any ideas folks ?

I had that happen before too. that wasnt the case this time. this is the second time for the belt and the gear. which broke first and caused the other Im not sure. both times the belt has completely...

ok the new x gear assembly is in turned freely. x motor turned freely, right side belt( facing keyboard of course) turned freely. left side belt turned freely

after assembly up to the left side...

ok here is the issue....
the sandpaper belts keep separating, only on one side. the left side. Head pressure is 78-82 checked it 5 times.
this is causing, at least I think it is causing the X...

anyone having issues with the belts? I have had 2, from the same set, separate on the seam. One had less than 6 hours on it.

those look good for large areas but I do a lot of small detail things64492 Im not sure it would get int the crevasses with out sanding down the detail
