So after a few year hiatus I have decided I want to play with the CarveWright again. Unfortunately I no longer have a copy of the software (Project Designer 2.0 Upgrade License, Conforming Vectors...
I can sttest to the no BS warranty from Dillon. I broke a decapping pin (my fault) and they replaced it free anyway. Even sent me an extra pin. And this is from a company who's products are 100%...
You know, it's just not fair..... How can someone be so talented?
Oh wait.... After my re-read I see your referring to the light box....... Maybe I need to go to bed......
Great job on the litho!
You sanded, painted and cleared coated a litho?
Wow that looks great! How did you end up getting that finish? I love it!
Wow, nice work!!
Well there ya have that.....
I'm sick at my stomach..... I just upgraded to 2.05 at full price 1 week ago and now it's on sale!? Any chance on getting a credit? I mean, it was my birthday a few days ago and all...... ( I'm...
Man that was intense. I swear sometimes reading these threads is like reading a good horror novel! I always pay close attention to the details "just in case"..... Glad it worked out for you.

I'm getting ready to carve a jig that will hold 4 copies of the same project. I'm using 3/4 MDF and I checked to make sure it is square. I was going to let the machine measure the board and use those...
3M Roloc Bristle Brush. You need a Roloc R type mandrel to mount them. I already use Roloc sanding pads and it literally take 2 seconds to change one out. I'm thinking I might give these a try.
I was leaning toward the 80 and 150 grits. Thanks for the info! Has anybody tried any of these?

What would be the most popular size and grit of the radial bristle brushes that everybody uses?
I've really got to learn how to do those. That is so cool.....
Thanks Dick..... I downloaded the TypeTool3 just fine but there is an issue on their end for Scanfont5. And the online manual web page is missing.. I'm referring to the Mac version....
Do you by chance have a font generating program you would recommend?
Probably so..... It was way past my bedtime and I was fighting the sandman..... I'm going to search the forum for more information on this. Thanks!
Roger
