I have had to take off the side covers more times than i can count. Spent 3 hours working on it and when i went to run the program i got a close cover message. Tracing the wires it seems the wire...

If your project is wide enough, and your belt is only shredded on the edge you might be able to use a sharp blade and trim the edge off of the belt. This may hold you over until your replacements...
