    The MDF was 1/2". The HDPE is 1", plus a 1/2"...

    The MDF was 1/2". The HDPE is 1", plus a 1/2" sheet of MDF under it as the sled. Set the total project height to 1.5" in the software when attempting the final carve in the HDPE.
