Thanks for the reply. I'll put a 90 in the machine and carve another one (design is carved in designer with a 90). I can't remember why I "trick" the machine with the bits. I thought I read somewhere...

Anyone know what would cause these issues? I'm using centerline with a 60 degree (machine thinks its 90 degree) and I told it to carve at optimal quality.
