    I use the 3/16 cutting bit, gives the coins a slight angle when sitting in the board. I have thought of trying the 3/16 carving bit.

    Finished the test carving of Challenge Coin...

    Finished the test carving of Challenge Coin Holder - I cut the size down from Jerry's original for the test run.

    This one measure 12 x 9.5 and will hold approximately 72 standard size challenge...
