This is one I used some time back for a inlayed plaque for a friend. It is vectored. You can change the size, bits and cut depths to your hearts. I didn't get a pic but it was inlayed w/ crushed red...
This is some thing I made up awhile ago. Used it to pretty good effect the same way you are. Not good w/ 3d, (it's vector) but it worked ok.

The Cairns is a real hat. My buddy in NY (Ladder 21 Queens) sent it out to me. They apparently have as many of them out there as we have Bullards out West. The lettering is larger in life. But...
Al was my inspiration, now I have a fairly stady "Dept" business for retirees and promotions. The ideas are endless. I also got the Maltees and EMS from the store.
Just a question Tom, Does your cutter have the flats on it, and did you face the flats toward the set screw when tightening? That happened to me when I didn't pay attintion to what "I" was doing.
This is a really basic desk clock I designed for my sons HS Coaching staff. They really liked em. Was thinking that w/ a lil tweeking, these will make nice Christmas gifts for the "Desk Bound" we all...
Was commissioned to do these for a local HS. Nothing fancy, but the coaches loved em. Really liked the desk clock/pen. Will post the MPC in the gallery. Thinking these will make some nice Christmas...
Nice work FIREDOG. Ya know, depending on width, that might make a cool Axe Mount for the retirement axe for your next one out. Welcome to the crew!
Yes sir, Spare C motor in. Sensor check showing 1-2-3 w/ hand twist of flex. New motor switch in place. Strong click-click check.
