In addition to all the other factors mentioned, you may have too high moisture content. Ideally, it should be in the 8% range.

Yes. I get 3/4" Corian scraps that I cut with the bandsaw and the run through the drum sander to smooth.

Well, here's what I did. I deleted the Design program and reloaded from the disc then updated to 1.53 (Thanks PCW). I was able to upload the project to the flash card then the program locked tight....

I downloaded 1.63 now the computer locks up and I have to shut it down by cutting power. How do I uninstall this version and reinstall 1.53? It worked just fine. I can't find 1.53 in my downloads....
