Did you create this carving? If not your probaby not going to be able to alter it. The only thing you might be able to do is cut your board and load it to where the grain of the wood is going the way...

Here's somthing that i just learned. Make sure your board isnt warped. If you try to use a board that is slighty warped it will not reconize the bit selected.

With this carve the bit optimization was set on best. I just posted pics of how it actually carved it....
Look at the fillets and top of the inside radius. The outside cut was fine but it gouged...
