Is there anyone close to NH that could do a scan for me?

Hi everyone,
Trying to figure out why scanning probe will not move into close position/ stuck in open. This is a b machine, the settings are set to cover, has new board/cables, have done continuity...

I also checked the continuity on the probe, beeps when untouched and stopped when the probe is moved, I believe that this shows that the probe is functioning correctly..Do you think it may be a bad...

Sensor checks read "open" (if I'm understanding your question correctly) and it is set for cover.

I have the same problem.. B machine, probe is locked open..I have used a meter on the probe and it's registering, I've done a continuity on all wires from the receptacle plug to the circuit board...

Had checked L2 and the entire board, could not find any breaks or loose connections but something was NG..New board arrived 5 bus days later and it did the trick, the refurbed board has a lot of goop...
