I found it. Here is the link; http://www.carvewright.com/2010CWweb/cwlearn.htm
It is located about half way down the page as "Install the latest version click here."
I always go through the Carvewright program, it is listed under the help button "Check for updates"
Cancel that, I just tried it and it said page not found.
I seen this demonstrated at a woodworking show with a hot dog, very cool.
I had purchased a machine and then I found out about the forum. Lots of valuable information here.
I hope so because it would be a shame if they screwed all of the Rock users by making the z-truck assembly proprietary.
I have the Rock chuck, and it is the best money I ever spent on this machine. If my z-truck was to go out, I wonder if I would be able to get a replacement z-truck that would work with the Rock Chuck?
Thanks Ron, I didn't understand the comment. So if Their new chuck goes out you have to replace the whole z-truck?
Can you elaborate on the Rock Chuck will not work with the new unit. I am a little lost with your comment.
I carve guitar bodies on an radius, but on a much larger radius. The carvings do follow the radius if set up correctly.
Nicely done. Good job.
This would kind of be how it would look, it would just blend in better.
I've been good thanks for asking. How about yourself?
That's pretty fancy Chris, but the compound radius he is referring to is a radius along the same length, in the same direction, where on one end the radius would be, let’s say a 12" radius and on the...
Here I calculated it for you if you need it 3-3/4" wide. The height would be 999 and the depth would be .187 then invert.
Man, I calculated this awhile ago, Let me see if I can find my information. I made some radius sanding blocks for the fret boards. I made a 7.25, 9.5, 10, 12, and 14" radius. Lets see for a 9.5"...
I have a Rigid 13" planer and a Craftsman 6" bench top jointer. They do a pretty good job. I wish the jointer was larger for flattening wider stock, but it works well for the CC/CW. I do not use wide...

So what exactly is considered as phone support? Lets say I have to call in to order a part, does it cost me $25.00 in addition to the cost of the part? Now lets say I have to buy a new computer and I...
Score! That's a nice buy. I like it that some of it is live edge, you can do some nice carvings with that.
I think twice.
Check with Ike, he had one he was selling. I don't know if he still has it or if it is for sale, that was quite awhile ago.
That's my wife when I buy a new tool!
Are you trying to fix that guitar Oldjoe? I can fix it up for you. By the way were called Luthiers
I make two types of body styles, a solid body which I don't use a sled on but I screw wood extensions to each end of the body wood, it saves money and uses less wood this way. The extensions are the...
