Those are good guys, but not quite right. There is a visual look I am after and those don't quite make. I will keep looking. Thanks for you efforts, I appreciate it very much.
No iris flowers?? I tried the search and come up with nothing.
I am looking to make some corner molding with a pattern of an Iris flower. Can anyone help me??
This is the same for me. I got my bits direct from Jeff and also two direct from PreciseBit (they are 20 miles from me). They advertise that they will last 2 to 3 times longer. But they do not. They...
Bumping because it deserves repeating!!!!!
Pain or not, at least they are going to replace it.
Yes, that sounds better.
Since Sears has the replacement policy, I would take it back and make them replace it. Who knows, this may not be your only problem from this "drop" that obviously occurred.
In all honesty, if that is all that is wrong with the machine, I would definitely order a Rock Chuck. If I am not mistaken, if you order the QC from LHR, you have to buy it with the Z-truck, please...
Sorry Jerry, this link goes nowhere. Can you fix??
Careful Rob, thems there are our Broncos you are talking about!!
Very good work for you first go round.
Would you consider sharing your pattern for the Broncos??

OK. I was under the impression that since the post was referring to photographs that we were talking about lithos. But I see upon closer examination of Robs picture, it is wood. I did not understand...
Yeah, I figured that rumor was too good to be true.
It was probably in the repair shop at the time they took the photos.
I would make the change NOW before you use the original QC and cause any vibration damage. There are some people out there (myself included) that were able to get a lot of carve time on the QC...
There is a new software manual out??? Need to check that out.
I am a little confused here guys. What is it that you are torching and for what reason?
Do you think you could post a good picture of the DC so that it can be printed out for reference when building one? Greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the info.
On this color that you add to the new layer, do you want it to remain as part of the png that you create? I thought you needed a "blank" background in order to get a good pattern? Should you not...
your second picture is solid black.
My experience is in red oak and I have never gotten more than 50 to 60 hours out of a bit. That 200 hours must be in balsa wood!!!! LOL:mrgreen:
