Hmmm well all I can say is I hope you are wrong.. I don't doubt that you aren't though... Is there a way for me to check to see if the roller is hitting the belts, hard to see with a board loaded...

All of my post are lubed and I am certain it is getting enough pressure on the rollers. And yes I did install the O-ring with the belts.
