are you using a sled? if not try putting masking tape on the bottom of the corian on the side where the tracking roller is. The tracking roller might be slipping on the corian.

How much for rubber belts?

I usually use best to save on time. Glad it worked for you.

I've used the 1/32" bit a few times on corian and never had a problem. Did you change the bit setting to 1/32" if not that might be the problem. Also did you use best or optimal settings?

Graphite is a stone, you can't carve stone with the carvewright.

when I do lithos i always carve on the smooth side. I like to leave a boarder around the carving and I think the smooth side looks better.

I agree with fwharris a lithophane would be your best option. I've done wood carvings of pictures and never had great success. But have had great success with lithos.

Was your board 7 inches longer than the board length in designer software? That's the 7" rule, if not, depending on how you answered the prompts at the machine before carving, the machine would scale...

Just incase you didn't know, none of the ad on software is transferable. Only designer basic software is transferable.
