I uploaded this to the forum about 4 years ago. You are welcome to use or modify it as you please. The board thickness of the top is .625" to reduce the bulkiness but it can be changed if you don't have a planer. Also, the text can be modified. An alternate bottom with a storage pocket for the pegs is included in the zip file but I can't find a pic of the finished carve. If you decide to carve it, post the pics.
If I carved this again I would use no-mortise hinges.
