Last night my laptop received an upgrade push and Designer lost all the license information for several add-ons. I was able to re-register most of them, but not all (centerline, conforming vectors, a couple patterns) by downloading the license file from LHR. I still can't get the rest to activate (stuck in demo mode).
Has anyone had this happen before and if so, what was the fix?

You have two machines that gives you 2 Designer Basic licenses (4 computer installs). Your add-ons licenses are good for only two computer installs.
You currently have 4 computers registered. We need to deactivate some to free up those add-on licenses to be applied to your new computer.
Call us or log into your Customer Account to see what you have and let us know which one(s) to deactivate.
