Machine stops when carving centerline at routing figure

I carve one project today using centerline with no problem. The second went through all the steps and when it got to routing figure machine did not carve, just set there and slowly moved the board so it fell out of the left side

I re installed the project on two cards still same problem, started from scratch and used a different font same thing. tried another project I had loaded that craved before same thing, machine just sets there on routing figure.

Any ideas
