CarveWright forum updates

Due to your requests, we have made a couple changes to the forum.

We have added forums for Annoucements, where the CarveWright team can make general announcements; Techniques, where you can discuss specific uses of the CarveWright system; Gallery, where you can post (brag?) about your projects; and Test, where you can test out features of the forum.

The forum has also been updated to allow attachments to your posts. This allows you to easily post pictures or document files associated with your posts.
