Super frustrated... please help!!!

So, I bought my carvewright from my step-dad... I am trying to get the software downloaded onto my computer... but there are already 2 computers registered and I can't figure out how to remove or replace them! When I put in my computer serial number it says :

Unknown Serial Number or Activation Code Click here to return to account settings


HELP PLEASE:confused::confused: I have a ton of projects to get started on and very little time to finish them!

You have to request that the two licenses be removed by contacting support.
