Depth of cut

I can't find the right "button" to alter the depth of cut on a project. I've got a rectangle, divided into 4 smaller rectangles, and I need each rectangle to be a different thickness. Sort like in steps, each step 3/16".

Can someone point me in the right direction please? I'm sure this machine can do it.

If I am interpreting your question correctly, select one rectangle, make it a carve region, set the depth of carve in the box at the top of the screen. Select the next rectangle, make it a carve region and set desired depth etc.

Something like this? Each rectangle set at a different depth.
