New and old

Hi yall,

I have had my Carvewright for over 5 years, so I know a little. I like everyone see this as a journey with no destination.

I have about 40+ years experience with woodworking.

I have a lot to learn.

I have a wide breadth of interests. But what I see as a hole in the forum is a discussion about where to get good lumber (especially when you get outside of basic/common dimensions). For example, I would love to have a source of 1/2" pine stock. I could list other dimensions and varieties, but you get the jist.

I do more reading and doing than writing.
