Thanks for all the helpful posts. Many people here would be lost without your help. Congrats on business picking up. My accountant (Kathy) tells me I am 38% ahead of last years profit. No thanks to ..... well.... I guess I'll make that statement in the voting both soon.

Found another resource for y axis gear bearings. http://www.aliexpress.com/fm-store/6...l-bearing.html Shipping will take longer but if you need to stock up they have 20 for $21.83 including shipping.

Thanks for the source for the bearings. As for the gear part number, I haven't needed it. I just tell the LHR preson on the phone I need the Y gearand shaft thinngy and they sent it.

Carvewright will not sell me the gears they said I must buy the whole y motor assembly? Just another way for them to hold a gun to our head!!! They also informed me they reduced their inventory of part? Bad business on there part!!!

Yes, it's a good rule of thumb... Many have followed this practice and as you can see the Troubleshooting Posts are fewer every day.... We must all be doing something right...
