Iv been pondering the 3D software for sometime, guess I will get it unless someone out there thinks a total waste. I have the 2D but I can see where the 3 D might really enhance it. Am I wrong. I know and expect some long hours in the learning stage, I know it's not as easy as the promo makes it look. What about it. Good move or waste of 200 bucks.
John, thank you for your reply. No I cannot honestly say I have mastered anything yet, including the machine itself. Iam learning as I go. You are probably right about the third grade type stuff I did in 2d. I buy many, far to many patterns. I will take your advice for now and sit on it until I get to at least 6th grade on 2d. I have everything else they offer I think. Being in bussiness myself, I know it is often more cost effective to sub out some things, even though I can do them, it is TIME we value. Thanks for the advice. I'll sit it out a while.
This is where I think LHR is losing sales, If people really felt comfortable after looking at tutorials and videos and training from LHR then they would be more apt to buy. I know I might consider it if I really felt I understood how they worked. Right now I really don't feel confident enough to purchase them and I have had numerous machines over the last three years and completed hundreds of projects.Quote:

In my mind, I think the existing tutorials cover the tools/techniques reasonably well. It then becomes a matter of applying what is taught into real-world projects you want to create.Quote:
