How do I go about initiating sending in my entire machine to Carvewright for an overhaul? Is there a set price for this? There have gotten to be "issues" after 7 years of use that are beyond my ability to repair.

Call them to set up the process and discuss your needs. They do have service packages http://store.carvewright.com/home.php?cat=297
But these might not apply to your situation.
You have a new machine also? Saw a post 2 weeks ago you had 2 machines? Are you near anyone that can help you fix the older machine?
gman, I'm envious! You and I started about the same time and you are still at it whereas I had to stop about two years ago. In fact, I just posted my machines fore sale here the other day.
Mine were just LHR repaired before I made my last few projects. I can't remember the cost, seems it was $300 each to put them right, not much less than I'm asking for them.

Thank you everyone for the help! Sorry to hear that you had to quit, Ken. You were an inspiration to me.
No, no one I know of nearby to help with repairs. I've done a lot of them in the past but am overwhelmed with the lack of time now that I'm retired. Pretty weird, huh?
I'll give Carvewright a call and see about getting them to get it back in shape. Thanks again. Dave
