I create patterns when needed for a project or when I find some un-copywrited art work that is scannable and usable as a pattern. I can not afford the 3D software to do more. My passion is designing projects. When I post projects, I show (with the approval of LHR Sales) the difficulty level in the post. I want the purchaser aware of what he/she is getting them selves into. I am a wood worker as well as a carvaholic. The way I rate the difficulty level is: Basic = remove it from the machine and a minor amount of, if any, assembly required; Intermediate = a wood worker with limited experience with a carving machine that is primary to a fairly good assortment of other power and hand tools; Advanced = a woodworker who has a caving machine a one part of his full arsenal of hand and power tools. However, I do try to write the tutorials so an inexperienced craftsman can follow them and eventually become an experienced wood worker. Norm was one of my tutors. Clint
