I get a message that says ensure sliding plate is set (1) retry (2) abort. The sliding plate is in the proper position. I've tried multiple times. I've formatted the memory card and uploaded the file with a different name. I still get the same message. This same file was used for a different carving about a week ago. The current version has had minor changes made to it. ???????????????</p>
