$100 parts machine near Chiefland Florida

Older gentleman got this on a trade several years ago and its just been sitting in his workshop in the box.  Only 6 hours and 36 minutes on cut motor. Version shows 1.132.06784.  The glue on the sandpaper belt has let go.  Its the old style with the bit chucks with the crossmembers and old chuck.  Does not come with reader nor memory card but DOES have original box and 2 scanner probes for some reason.  I thought someone could use it for a parts machine or repair the belt.
