I have worked up pattern for a form I need made. it is roughly 18.5"x9". the finished product will be made from 1" MDF. Most of the designing is already done, you might need to make the final touches, like seting the piece to be cut out. but the profile is complete. So your time is almost all material and machine time. for details and a look at the pattern, pm me with your e-mail address. I'm located in Michigan, so the closer the better.
