I have a z 248 error, after I just installed a new flex shaft. can some help

That is a fairly common error and a lot has been written about it.
Search "248 error" or "error 248" and you will find a lot.
(put the quotes around the short search words)

Most likely the cause is the lip edge of the new flex is catching on the black cover on the up stroke. The cover or the cable is not centered in slot. On my first machine I ended up sanding a sharp edge on the underside of the cover slot that was catching the Z on the up stroke.
Clean rails, Clean belt Cogs, and make sure you have the new Z Bundle.
Board flipping up because of the 7 inch rule of wood.... Only one roller holding the wood.....
