hey everyone this is my first design with some help from my dad who actually does the carving peices and helps me with the design tips
this is for a 4x4 group i recently joined.

Nice first piece.
Some advice - when designing any piece, move in as close as you can to the piece, and rotate it around to see how the shapes and letters will finish. I'm afraid that with the depth you have that you're going to experience a lot of chip out. Couple of examples - move in close to the grille of the Hummer - the vertical lines of the grille are real thin, and .25" deep - not good. Same with teh letters that are carved into the project - they have real small pieces (like the center of the "e"). Also, the letters tgchog.org - .25" doesn't sound like much, but it will chip. Take a look at the attached - my first project I did. You can see some of the chip-out. Remember that what you see in Designer is pretty much what you'll get.

CNS is right. You'll have far less trouble with a setup something like this.

Bit selection best and medium draft on the Hummer won't hurt, either.
