hey ya'll-
it's jimbo again. could ya'll explain to me what a "full dimensional carving patteren" is?
is it a patteren that carves completely free of stock board that you could apply to a project to make a like 3d scene?
ex: schooner, seagull, lighthouse applied to a backing to create a seascape.
thanks-
jimbo

Jimbo -

A lot of folks have read your question without responding.

My guess is, like me, they don't quite understand the question.

Can you give it another try?

Yes, I would agree. The question really isn't clear enough. Maybe re-wording or re-phrasing the question would help. Also, let us know what you are trying to achieve and we can give more information.

Hello Jimbo,

The term "full dimensional" is an attempt to differentiate a "3D" pattern from a "flat-ish" pattern, or from a poor job of creating dimension.

"Flat" patterns are often homemade from clipart and do not have the dimensional relief, roundness and/or relief detail that a "3D" pattern has.

Here are a couple examples comparing "flat" and "poor relief" patterns to "full-dimensional" patterns...
