here is the results of the last supper litho that i made for a friends wife
bj thanks for the picture that i made the litho from
pictured below is the box that the litho will go in
last supper on the left and the verse on the right
for the verse side i found a piece of pressure sensitive oal veneer(rockler hardward) and laminated it to a piece of 1/4" white corian. then i stained and laquered it then carved in the verse. it look awesome without the back lighting and looks even better with the back lite
just something i tried and im happy with the results.
first picture is the verse with no light
second picture is verse backlite
third is last supper litho
fourth is the simple litho box with carver in the background
hope everyone likes it
i will post it all assembled tomorrow night
happy holidays

Kendall,
Boy, is that nice! Great idea with the wood veneer over the corian. I'm salivating in anticipation to see it when it's all done.
Creative, unique, and attractive - it doesn't get much better than that!:)

Kendall,
Your last set of images came out on the small size, a little larger than a thumb nail. They still look good!

Kendall, Your litho looks great; I have another image of the Last Supper from a wall hanging. I made the shelf with the CW, not sure if this image will work for a litho. I haven't tried to carve one of them yet.

Give yourself a big pat on the back. Putting the litho together with the litho is a giant step and then adding it to the second litho is definitely a WOW! Really put a lot of thing in the mind to do.
Thanks, Rick H.
