Just grab an old open end (I forget the size) and grind it down on a bench grinder. If you need the size (don't have a caliper) PM me & I'll measure it.

I found that the wrench for my bench router was so close to the one on the cw nut that it worked just fine. If you have one, you might give that a try.

just a word of wisdom from the expeirenced

i wasnt checking my allen nuts on my bits and one came loose and trashed my qc.

so slow down when loading bits and check the allen screws.

and by the way how big is the square end bit need to beti replace the qc?
