Error Serial Number Invalid

Just purchased my new Carvwewight and I went to register the sofware and I am getting the error "Invalid Serial #". Has aybody else experianced this error.

dumb question and it has been a long time since I registered my machine. But are you entering the serial number of the machine or the software?

Oh and welome to the forum. Once you get your machine up and running you will quickly become a carveaholic. I am going thru withdrawl right now because I have a bad case of chuck wobbles.

Did you figure this out yet? If not, make sure you are entering the periods as well. For example: AA.123.123

I had the same proplem a couple of weeks ago when I received my machine and it is all caps with periods
