Depth Cutting Problem

Attached is a picture of a completed project. Notice in the carve region, the variations in the cutting depth -- MARKED BY THE RED LINES/OVAL (The red lines are located in the lower right corner)

Last week I replaced the bearings on the Z Truck and both the Z and Y truck have no play in them. The chuck likewise appears solid.

Any ideas what my problem might be?

Y or Z bearing loose.

Was board 4 inches longer on both ends preventing the board from popping up when under only 1 roller?

Out feed tables, one adjusted too high causing a bump.

QC and bit holders OK?

Board length with allowances.
Bit holder tight
Will check on Y bearings, have replaced Z bearings
Good idea about cehcking tables, will do
