It is called a Pro Detailer, Automotive Cleaning Tool and it is also found at www.sonicscrubber.com. The company is:
Sonic Scrubbers LLC
PO Box 160130
Clearfield, UT 84016-0130
The number under the barcode is: 1-84119-00013-4
The head is approximately 5/8" and is removable
The "Interchangeable Brushes" pak contains 4 brushes. 2 with an approximate head of 5/8" and 2 with 1-3/8"
The number under the barcode is: 1-84119-00040-0
I was planning on removing the bristles and attaching the abrasive to the head. Maybe using a rubber type of pad first. I figured with the extra brushes I could use various grits or 3M pads or ??? The oscillations of the head are quite fast. I suspect with the right grit it could be quite aggressive. As posted earlier, I purchased mine at Walmart.
