How do you clear an error message from the machine? I got a "Z axis stall" error, caused by what I believe to be plastic boogers from an acrylic carve I did previously. The stall cost me a piece of beautiful birch, 6" x 27". The error came in at approx. 50% completion of a carve.
I stopped the machine, removed my board and vacuumed and blew out the machine. The "Y" axis moves freely from side to side and the "Z" axis (Z truck) moves freely up and down. In fact, I had just replaced the "Z" truck just before the acrylic carve. All of the above didn't clear the error message so I proceeded to remove the top and do a thorough clean out and lube on the entire machine. When I finished, I put a memory card in and turned on the machine and as soon as I selected Project Menu, there was the "Z axis stall" error message again. The Y and Z both move freely but I can't get past the error message.
What do I need to do???
