check cut motor

I had a message , "check cut motor" on my machine then it said continue, entered continue and machine carved project.
My question is , what do i check ? and how?
i searched check cut motor , said "cut" was not enough letters.
(check cut motor) search did not work
check (cut motor) did not work either
Help please.

thanks ken, i had typed the parenthises with the search and that is why it didnt work.
going to check sensor now.

Checked my cut sensor, and i get a flat out "0", guess my next step is call LHR.
is there any guide and or pictures on replacing or working on cut motor
I have downloaded and printed all the guides and pics. that i have found on the forum, but i havent found any on cut motor.
