1.131 cuts old carvings too deep, did I forget to do something

I upgraded to 1.131 last Thursday and now some of my carvings that should go .010 to .020 are going about .030 to .040. I formatted my card, saved the old carvings with new names to make sure they were saved with the new version. What else can I do?

Your actual board's thickness vs the thickness you entered in Designer now makes a difference. That may be the culprit if your actual board's thicker than Designer's.
