Locate Arc Center Point?

I have a rectangle drawn and I want to add an Arc in the corner
I want the Arc Center located at the corner intersection.

How is this done?

Also how do you break a line at a specific point?

Arc outside of the vertices?

Try saving both as a pattern and then placing the pattern.

Might work - my initial try did.

Or you could just locate the center of the arc at the point of intersection where you have "attached" the rectangle.

Or draw vectors and manipulate in a graphics package before you make the pattern.

The arc tool starts out as a line.Draw the line across the corner, then create your arc by moving the center green dot to start the arc. Then you can click on the black centerline and drag it to the corner dot.
Wherever you want to break a line , right click on the the line ,and it should come up with break figure.
