1 to 5 clicks gives me from 90 to 100 lbs of pressure. I've cleaned and lubed the guide posts and the gears are well lubed. This pressure must be hard on the X drive plastic gears. So far my solution has been to back off slightly after the first click and the work piece moves better and causes less strain on the belts. QUESTION: Is there any way to adjust the "clicks?" I check the pressure before each project with a bathroom scale and it is always on the high side.

The last time my machine was doing that , I loosen the four bolt at the top of the corner columns just a bit and cranked the head down near the sanding drive blets, and retighten the four bolts, also I removed the crank handle and put a little spray lube on the shaft, washer and spring, then very carefully realined the handle and screwed it back on. The roller pressure drop to 85Lb. on the dot. Don't let any of the lube drip on or into the led display it really don't like it.

Thanks Ken
Sounds very logical. I'll do that immediately
