memory card help

i cant get a project to load to card any help would be great

Need more information. What kind of a message do you get? Is this the first time you tried to load it? Are you sure it is plugged in to the adapter properly?

Did you format the card? Is it fully plugged into the reader? Does the USB port it is plugged into work? Have you tried another port?

Did you plug the card in after you opened Designer? If so try shutting designer down and launch it again.

:-D just had to go to upload and format then update version then it worked great i am doing my first project right now and it's going great so far:-D

Make sure you check every so often for updates to the software, they are really making leaps and bounds with development.
