I am happy to report that my unit was NOT damaged by the power surge caused by the limb falling on the power line. I did my first project since Ike paid his visit and it worked just fine.

My garage door wasn't working right and I discovered that the receptacle had blown apart from the surge. Fortunately it was on a different circuit and nothing in the garage was turned on.

Ike must have liked CarveWright.
