Scanner problem

Just tried to scan and found that when I plugged to scanner in to the head it would not lock in place like it should. It looks like the computer card behind the plug in port has come loose but not sure how to take the head apart to see if it can be fixed. Anyone had a similar thing happen to them and what is best way to repair. thanks Bones

More than likely you are right... The Board is gone from the Spindle. You need a jumper wire that you plug the probe into then it plugs into the left side of the cover behind the keypad. When you got the new Z Bundle, "A good thing", it changed where your probe plugs into.

If you don't have the plug, contact LHR.
