How to get my NEW QC to "****"

Taking the advise form this forum, I oiled the new QC I received from CW today and it now will hold in the cocked position. This brand new QC would not **** until I soaked oil in the top and around the balls. After several twists and turns, I was able to get it broke lose. I think CW would be well advised to include this instruction when shipping a new QC. It really makes a difference and I thank the fellow CW Carver who passed the tip to me.

And, I also want to thank Carve Wright for their great customer service especially during the trying times they have been having.
