grjensen,

Welcome to the CW Forum

Is this something like what your looking for?
If you can save it as a PNG file and upload it in to your CW Designer

Not sure if this is what you want. I downloaded your image to Adobe Illustator, changed to a vector file, Exported as a PNG file, removed background. Loaded to CW Designer. made this PTN.

I took your picture, ran it thru sigmac and then centerlined it, and used a 60 v-bit

sewpeck, You need to post the type font to make this work for others. All I get is the letter "a"

You can also use the V Bits with a PTN. Make a PTN with all the background (white) removed. Load PTN, select Outline, select V bit. Then remove the PTN. Takes less time to carve this way.

The Rose image is in a GIF format, the background is removed.
