Hey Guys,
My CW has been running good for almost a year, Now the z axis stall 238 comes up and i can't get any help from search

When does this error occur? When it is testing the bits? While Carving? If you turn the machine off (and wait a minute) does the Z-truck move up/down smoothly by hand?

It started with check board sensor that i cleaned up and now go's right to z axis stall , every thing moves with no apparent problem .

so when you turn the machine on and select the project, it gives a z-stall?

I made a mistake , It's y axis stall 238 And it goes into it right away .
Sorry for the delay , wife wanted to go to dinner !!

Loose cable on the motor is one possibility. With power on and you use options to look at the Y Encoder data, it looks normal when you move it by hand?
