I am looking for a clipart pine tree to add to a cabin sign. I have 2 or 3 that it will not open because they are in the wrong format. Any help appreciated!

What format are the imagesin? Designer imports most of the common formats (.jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .png, .gif, etc)
