looking for a slot machine pattern

I've got a customer that wants a slot machine on their
sign. I been looking on the web, but haven't had much luck.
Does anyone out there have one or know where I can
get one. Thanks in advance.

Front or perspective side view?

It does not matter what type view it is as long as it carves
nice. Not just an outline. I've found several clip arts on the
web, but nothing that looks good.

Can't say as to how it will look, but I tried my hand at creating a pattern from a jpg and here's what I got.
