question on z pack availability

Sears has had my machine since before the 4th of July. They tell me they are waiting on parts..... specificaly the Z Pack. Has anyone had trouble getting the new Z Pack? I think I'm getting the runaround!

It sounds like you may be getting the run around. I would contact sears and start bugging them about your machine. Also, you can get the part directly from us. Just contact our sales team to place the order. The price is rather cheap. I think it runs about forty dollars plus shipping. I could be wrong though. Just send an email to sales@carvewright.com asking for the price of the part. You can get it within a week going through us.

Thanks, Alex for your reply............ kinda what I thought, but they have my machine down in Texas, so I can't get it back right now to fix it myself. But I do have a new Carvewright machine sitting in my woodshop that has performed perfectly!
